When R&B was only One Category - REAL BLACK MUSIC

APACHE JUNCTION AZ (IFS) -- Remembering the days of old when R&B, when the program directors only placed songs in the box for colored airplay, late in the midnight hour, when very few people were listening.  This also happened to be the biggest listening audience of all time, late night radio on the AM dial.  FM Radio would be another ten years away before hitting the airwaves.

The above list contains the different "labels" that R&B music is divided into, and this list does not yet contain the new label 'COUNTRY RAP', with the likes of Lil Naz X, and a trail of many other country rap artists that are up and gaining ground in the country music arena. Long gone are the days that every music label in the world will be touched by rap music.

Rap is dangerous music.

It has been outlawed in several nations around the world.  This music over-turns governments and causes major destruction in the ruling classes.  The beat is so simple, and at the same time, so complex.

Major radio stations are only playing one category at a time.  In order to determine where to place your music, depends upon the "label" you place your music under.
