Vita Chambers



Her single "Fix You" had great success in Canada, including a Juno Award nomination for "Best Dance Recording of The Year". This then launched her "Fix You" Canadian Tour when Vita hit over 21 cities coast-to-coast with 56 shows which included her joining Marianas Trench in St. John's, NL She headlined the Winnipeg Pride in 2013, and Fix You went Gold in Canada within 3 months of release.

Vita was named "Artist of The Month" by Virgin Radio & Bell Media however her biggest accomplishment came when she won "Pop Artist of The Year" at The Teenz Fav Awards on September 28, 2013.

Born in Vancouver, BC, Vita Chambers was actually raised in beautiful and sunny Barbados. Her music career began at age 16 when in June 2009 Vita Chambers was signed to Universal Motown by Sylvia Rhone. In the fall of that year she was the opening act at the 2009 Thanksgiving Day NFL half-time show, singing "Heat Wave". She then went on tour with Justin Bieber on his My World Tour in 2010 where she opened 27 shows for him. That same year she performed at Lilith Fair, Bamboozle Road show, PopCon, and performed at the 2010 Soul Train Awards in Atlanta in a duet with Estelle.

Vita Chambers now has her own production company Gold Note Productions Ltd. through which she has released the following songs and videos 1) "What If ", which relays a strong message about her strong belief in equality for all in terms of sexual preference, race etc; 2) "A+D "and "A+D Orchestral", which have self reflective lyrics about the battle between good and bad in all of us 3)"El Camino" the first Canadian and Bajan World Cup Soccer songs. 4) "Tell Me" 3 official remixes which are her follow up Dance track to 5) Fix You; 6) and "Kings of Love", which is a love story in the setting of a war zone. Vita Chambers writes, co-produces all of her songs currently as well as she writes treatments for all her videos and she also co-directs her videos. She is very hands on in all of her projects.

She has just completed her most recent video shoot in Barbados where she and her co-director Aaron Dean have been in awe of the beauty and support on the island. It is a very special project as she did 7 location shoots on the island in 3 days. Each location was specially chosen as they were dear to her heart while growing up in Barbados.
